Required Permits & Compliance Checklist
🔴 Inner Line Permit (ILP)
Required for Nubra Valley, Pangong, Dah-Hanu. Issued by DC Office, Leh. ₹20/day for Indians.
🟠 Rohtang Pass Permit
Day-use permit required. ₹600 (private vehicle). Book 2 days in advance via HP Tourism portal.
🟢 Protected Area Permit
Not required for this circuit. N/A — no PAP zones on route.
🔵 Vehicle Fitness / PUC
All tour vehicles must carry valid fitness & pollution certificates. MORTH compliance mandatory.
